There is a larger, somewhat moral issue here. If people with lower scores cannot get any credit, they will be reduced to a permanent underclass. It seems the whole issue of credit scores and what they truly mean should be looked at. If someone has gone bankrupt due to medical bills, but still has a job and pays rent or mortgage and utilities on time, should he/she be denied a car?</description>
